About the Role

Coordinate with the senior management to develop and implement operational
strategies that are in accordance with the organizational objectives.
• Review and update the existing operations systems and processes.
• Lead a team.
• Monitor the quality control measures to ensure that organizational processes occur
smoothly and efficiently.
• Manage and effectively plan the finance budget.
• Suggest and implement ways to comply with relevant regulations and industry
standards and company norms.
• Prepare reports on organizational processes.


 Prior experience in operations handling, with up-to-date record keeping

• Must be able to lead and handle teams.

• Must be able to solve problems and take appropriate decisions.

• Strong analytical skills

• Must have good knowledge of Ms office applications.
